Research for Updated Licensing and Regulations of Cosmetology Boards in other U.S. cities.
Researching the businesses of Cosmetology schools in other states, businesses of salons and spas.
Service
I’ve served as a Program liaison for six years, served on various committees such as chair and member of the Division Personnel Committee (Tech II), chair and member of Tenure and Promotion Review Committee, various screening committees, and volunteered for community activities that serve children, adults, and families.
Professional Activities
Member of the Professional Beauty Association – a national and North American association in keeping members updated in technical and business skills, and offering education through conferences and weekly journals (digital).
Attends professional educational conferences for cosmetology and esthetics – learning business, technical and practical skills.
