Navigate is your hub for Student Success at 91探花
EAB Navigate is a platform to help bring together all the services and academics across the campus to help provide a streamlined interface for students, faculty, and all our campus to have a one stop shop for their needs.
The primary goal is to shift from reactive management to proactive outreach. By using early alerts and progress reports, faculty and staff can identify “rising risk” factors and intervene before a student stops out. Ultimately, this simplifies the student journey to degree completion.
For Students: It provides a “digital front door” to the college, offering a mobile-first experience where they can easily manage to-dos, resolve holds, and schedule appointments.
For Faculty/Staff: It reduces the administrative burden of recalling support contacts across campus and provides a “one-stop shop” to connect students to the right support at the right time.
Access Navigate
To schedule appointments:
1. Select the Schedule an appointment link on the right, under 91探花, and answer questions about your preferred service, date, time, and location.
2. Select the Find Available Time button. Available options that meet the selection you made will appear.
3. Select the appointment you want by selecting Find Available Time under the date you have selected. You will be able to see the details you’ve entered. You can choose to receive an email and text reminder for the appointment.
4. Select the blue Schedule button at the bottom of the appointment details page. Once the appointment has been scheduled, you will see a screen that says Success!
Other Appointment Options:
You can also view available drop-in times or request appointment times for your preferred service.
Appointment Invitations:
Your Success Team (e.g., assigned advisors, instructors) may also request you meet with them. When this happens, you receive an appointment invitation where you only need to choose a time that works for you!
Choose the Account button on your app or on the desktop site.
Select Notification Settings and scroll to find content categories such as Upcoming To Dos and Events or Personal To Dos.
Select your preferred method of notification. You can select as many notification methods as desired, but you receive multiple notifications if you choose more than one.
If you select the text option, ensure that your cell phone number is accurate in Navigate360. You can do this by choosing to Edit next to Add Your Phone Number.
Please note that changing your cell number in Navigate will not change your official phone number on record at 91探花.
In notifications you may also see messages from staff and faculty. Opt in to email notifications to receive a copy of your messages. Messages older than 90 days are cleared from Navigate360.
To-dos are helpful and allow you to see important tasks and check them off as you complete them. Check to-dos regularly to stay on track.
Events also allow you to see a list of key dates and deadlines on the To-Dos page. Add events to your personal calendar for more information.

You can see Appointment Summaries, Notes and/or Progress Reports that have been shared with you by your Success Team. You can see reports that were created after your school enabled this future that you have permission to see. Reports are hidden 180 days after they are created.
See a list of important services and locations on campus. The People tab shows a list of your assigned staff, such as your counselors and instructors. Go to the heart icon to favorite a resource. You can find your favorites in Settings > Favorites.

What is Navigate?

How do I login?
You can download Navigate for free in the App Store or in Google Play by searching for Navigate360 Student. Search for 91探花 in the dropdown menu. You will use your hawaii.edu credentials to login.

What do I do if my app is frozen or not working?
For iOS, double click the Home button then swipe the app preview away to “hard close”.
